You have to sand them down two to three times with vaious grits of paper. I worked up from 120 to 400. Then you have to wipe it all down with oil and wax remover to make sure you have a clean surface so that when you start it up and it heats up there won't be anything under it to bubble the surface. They look great!

Is that paint impervious to fuel? Probably not. If it doesn't last, I suggest black satin ceramic header coating, then baking for the next version if you end up having to re-paint. Or the wrinkle paint. It'* fairly fuel resistant.

I'm not planing on having fuel on the outside of these things . But yes it is resistant to fuel. I've used this paint on several other projects as well and it has stood up to the test of time very well over the past year and a half.
Well I don't know when the install and test will be yet. I had to order a couple more fittings from Jegs and I am using Swagelocks to adapt the AN fuel lines to the stock lines and they are coming in the mail today. My one other fitting I forgot about and my new fuel pressure gauge will be coming from Jegs on Monday. I have a couple other projects that I haven't revealed yet that I just haven't gotten put together quite yet.

Jared, your first pic is just a red x
Make sure you put the black rubber seal back on top of your radiators.
That intercooler rad fits nice between the rad and condenser. Which one is it?

It looks just like the INTENSE SC rad they sell for $349.
How do the pipes come in on the bottom? Are they 3/4" diameter?
Don't worry. I'm staying with my Boost Cooler Water injection again this year.....with some improvements to it.
