If i were to chang the front springs, supposedly the rear can just be adjusted to compensate for a 1 inch drop... anyone know whats involved in this?

so, enough off topic stuff... if i bought custom springs for the fron to lower the car 1 inch, would the ELC automatically adjust or would i need to adjust it and how would i do this??
