First off I could care less what you guys say. My shop has been running since 1998. The cars in the pics are the best I could come up with seeing how I don't have the equipment needed to Upload polaroids up to the net. For the past 8 years we have rarely used the internet. Most parts I have ordered have been from my catalogs. Next the pics of my wifes car were used in both due to the same reasons of the otheres. My past projects have consisted of a 1984 Suburban that was lifted and outfitted for the Pike Mud Races in Pike, NY, the 1969 Firebird racer was purchased for $650 and was turned around into a racer with a price tag of $43,000, The car I normaly drive is also a 1969 Firebird and is blue. I purchased the car for $1800 and restored it over 2 years as a personal project. The LS1 Storm was donated by Howbills Salvage one of my sponcers, and we turned it into a fun to drive powerful little racer. The Mustang was donated by RG Mason who sponsered me in a race in 2002 In Little Valley, NY. Now believe what you want. I am sick of the bullshist
I thought this would be a good place for starting to make my work known to people who supposedly knwo what there are talking about but you know this has been more trouble than a cat with a long tail in a room full of rocking chairs. I am sending one of my mechanics out today to purchase a scanner and will try to scan and post pics on my temp site. If not they will be on my real site after the first at www.LJJCSAutomotive.com
Be patient and I will show you I am no BS'r
To answer how much the LS7 will cost me is $12,959.99. My budject for this project is $35,000. The car after completion will be on www.nationalstreetmachineclub.com with full stats and pricing. I will be taking photos of myself with each car and building to put any doubt out of peoples mids.

Your use of other people'* work (claiming it as your own) on your website is deplorable, unprofessional, and is simply classified as plagarism.

You have yet to answer a good half a dozen interesting questions here. I'd like them answered.

And now you've removed your website altogether? At least one pic you posted wasn't even your shop. It was identified as someone else'*.

Since when was YEAR ONE even remotely interested in a FWD car from 2000 vintage? Last I checked, they make OEM-spec parts for classics. Why would a company from CA give a guy in NY a car with Texas plates?

Please post proof of the races you mentioned, and prove the claims that you actually ran in them in past years as you claim.

The LS1 Storm devistated all last year. This year I am hoping to have a simmilar experiance. If we go with a LS1 or mabye the LS6 with spray, super charger, msd ignition and coils,
Why would a person of your supposed caliber and experience even be remotely interested or care to even MENTION ignition coils?

Anyway the Idea of the super came form a friend of mine who runs a turbo into his super thought we might try it but I've never heard of anyone else doing it so we will see wht we go with when we get there
You claim to have done all this work in the past, yet you know nothing of dual-boost, and are unfamiliar with how many times it'* been done before?

You claim to have been in business since 1998, but your business license disagrees by 2 years?

What kind of races are these that you do? Be specific and provide links.
What are the qualifications/rules/requirements?
Do you have info for people wanting to participate?

I see alot of explaining, and you don't have a burden of proof to solve with ME, you need to do it HERE with something other than explanations. When you make an anonymous claim on the internet, and you want to be believed, you MUST prove it. Not explain it, PROVE it.

Both cars plates have NY state logos dividing the digits on them. Why is your avatar one of the pics from your wife'* car for sale and not the project car? I went to your index on Geocities and downloaded a bigger pic of your project car. It has the same blemish on the driver'* side front chrome bumper trim as your wife'* car. The sticker in the window is the same too.

Also on the website and listed as one of your past project cars:
"THE JAIL FIREBIRD" is a 1978 Camaro

Who is Steve Lockett? And what happened to the LS1 engine?

Please shut up the skeptics and post some sort of pictures. ANYTHING. Some pictures of some project progress is worth more than any number of words you can post at this point. Give us some real pics and it'll help to believe you.

Man, I can't believe you IM'ed me last night and had the nerve to lie to me and say that everything you are doing is true. Oh BTW, when you told me that you had a 2-door bonne, I knew it fake as soon as you said that.

Just one question... Why did you bother to lie to us? We are a well experienced, high knowledge site that takes pride in our cars and what we can do to them. We KNOW that a RWD/2 Door conversion cannot be done unless 10k+ is put into the car alone for frame and body modding.

The cars must be street legal and must be registered in NY. Last year we turned a lot of heads when we turned up in a 1991 Geo Storm. They all laghed when we pushed it out of the trailer but they wernt laghing when they herd the motor fire over and shake the windows of the registration trailer. We droped an LS1 crate motor in this poor little car and still made the exterior anyway look loke factory. It passed emissions and we were able to get it registered just in time but I don't think I will ever try that again. Took 6 months of fab just to get the darn motor to fit under the hood let alone the trany and rear end on a front wheel drive car.
I searched and found notthing about the "Dice Run" in Allegany County.

That LS1 Storm by Steve Lockett is a 1990. This guys talks about a '91and uses the pics from Steve'* site. Doesn't look "factory" either.

Probably lots more inconsistencies but that'* enough detective work for one night. I need a life

I called JC'* Tavern in the villiage of Belmont, NY ( http://www.southerntierwest.org/locg...sinesses_b.htm )and the guy I talked to basically quoted the "Hillbilly Dice Run" flyer. That appears to be a legitimate event. It does seem odd that people would spend upwards of $35,000 enter it for a $10/20 fee with no mention of big prize money. Seems a little over the top to "prove a point" about family sedans, but again, the "Dice Run" is apparently legit although it is run by a tavern in a villiage in NY.

I just got off the phone with Kieth Maney in the Year One Marketing department. I got an earful of alot of chuckles from his end. He'* currently reading this topic as we speak.

He'* also going to run this questions by Pat Stanton at Year One as well as the President, Kevin King.

I'll be hearing back from them after they start laughing, hopefully. Kieth has no knowledge whatsoever of this car, shop, or Lucian Fegley. He was as curious about why they would be even remotely interested in a project surrounding a 4-door FWD V6 sedan with Texas Plates as I was.

This will be fully investigated by those in the know at Year One. Many thanks to Kieth for the information on the phone just now.

Drive by hasn't happened yet.

It won't be in a Bonneville, though. This needs to be subtle.

Nevertheless, initial odds from Year One put this claim at 99.99% and I'm awaiting a return call. We will also keep them updated on this topic per their request.
