22.6lb injectors will support up to 217hp at a 80% duty cycle.
I'll need bigger injectors, too.

Think i may swap a stock front manifold over for a few hours and see if there is a difference. I mean even a hairline crack maybe causing this or no?

Yes it is true the front cast iron exhaust manifolds used on these engines (Series 2'*) were prone to cracking.
he has a powerlog on that engine in the front and some do crack but his are low millage
