Uhhh...the nitrous it pretty much instant. So it hits well before 2nd actually.

I've got 245/50ZR17 Michilin Pilot Sports, so I just pretty much floor it. These tires stick like hell.

As to your original question. Go when you see the last white light.... hit it! Don't wait for green!!! Your R/T will say a lot as to if you lose or win. My current R/T sucks right now but should get better as I run. Current time is 15.975@86.29. This is an SE with a 300lbs driver. My R/T is .891(sucks). My goal is an R/T of .001

lower the psi in drag radials to 18lbs... do a nice smokey burnout to get the hydes stickey... .arm the N20..to come on at 3500rpm.....adjust the psi-to-25psi on the hairdryer,,and wait to the last yellow drops.... .hammer the loud pedal and watch the world go bye in a blur ..Hmmmm... just one way to do it
