No, the 4.2" and 4" pulley has the ribs offset so you don't have to run the dampner/acc. bracket off a L67. And yes you will need new injectors - not only because of the increased boost but because you are still running timing tables for an L36.

actually they adjust the tabkles for the Boost, with a PCM programming.....its the injectors that cant handle the 4.0"
