That case learn means a bit in terms of the computer knowing exactly what position the crank is at... Should make a diffrence... Let us know what the scan reveals.. ![Wink](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Got some new scans just a few minutes ago. I've got a cruising scan and a wide open scan that show what the car is doing pretty well. The only thing missing are my O2 sensor values. For some reason the PowrTuner would not scan for O2 readings, so they are not included. I know they're important, but there'* nothing I can do.
Please PM me if you would like them emailed to you. Foghorn, I'm already sending them to your email.

I looked at your scans Ben...there'* some hints in there and a few details missing as you mentioned.
As I expected, despite some needed tweaks, your motor runs fairly well (still need to see the O2s) and without KR while at WOT. We don't see the TCC duty cycle, the O2 or the TPS% while cruising but you can see how the engine load changes with gear changes and TCC lock.
Your MAF is not calibrated correctly, not surprising given your mods. You can see the LTFTs are negative, meaning the PCM is pulling fuel to meet the Target AFR at both WOT and cruise. While at WOT and commanding an 11.6 AFR, the fact the PCM pulls 7% fuel doesn't lead to KR but it does when the engine load is greater in 4th gear with the TCC locked. You can see where you shift 4th gear and then the TC locks and the KR builds quickly, compounding the problem we see the commanded AFR is 14.7 (stoich) and the LTFTs hit -10%...it would be interesting to see the O2s under these conditions.
Changing the TC parameters can have a great effect on the tuning and drivabilty on the highway. In conjunction with your needed MAF tuning, some tranny changes corresponding to engine load and TPS% settings would go a long way to improving your situation.
If you could scan with another program like Autotap that would show O2, TCC Duty and TPS % then we could look more closely. Longer scans would be helpful too, 3,000 lines would be a typical scan
Cheers,

Thanks for the detailed reply, Paul!
I'm not sure what'* wrong with the PowrTuner that he couldn't see my O2 values. I wish I could have included them in the data.
Would a typical scan include all kinds of driving conditions like cruise, acceleration, and WOT within the same file? I guess I didn't think about doing something like that.
I know my MAF needs tuning. I'm running an AFC 2.0 right now, and I have the car running rich because we didn't have time to dial in all the fuel trims. As I've mentioned before, I don't own a scanner myself, so I have no way to monitor these things when I'm cruising around. I know, I need an Autotap or something similar, but it'* just not in the budget right now. I'm playing with this stuff on extremely tight finances. I'm sure Scott Cook will be able to get my PCM running like a champ, though!
Anything else that should be noted? I'm thinking I need to contact Todd and make sure the Intense guys will have some time to run a few scans and diagnose any small problems before I hit the dyno. This car needs to be in tip-top shape if I'm going to get any decent numbers out of it.
Thanks again for all the help!
