Start by finding and fixing the current issue. Don't buy or think of shotgunning any parts without knowing the current problem is corrected.
If you change anything with the exception of correcting the fueling for your Plog, you introduce more variables and then it will be tougher to find the original cause of the problem.
Is your current fuel pressure within spec?
What are your O2 readings and what RPM do you have KR?

Maybe a noob question, but when you say "injectors skewed" does that mean reprogramming the PCM so that the front bank runs richer because it is outflowing the rear bank because of the powerlog??
