Fire: have fun and take oyur time. Let the bit do the grinding without to much pressure being applied. Easier to keep control that way.

IT'* in!!! Fired her up without any problems. I had a few snags getting there though. No problem with fuel line kink. Good advice from Boosty once again Is there an optimal time to test this? Does the PCM have to relearn anything?
Edit 1 : Also done at the time of this mod:
- New injector o-rings
- Cleaned up throttle body and maf sensor
- TR55 plugs
- APN UIM kit w/ buttermore stovepipe
- Aluminum LIM gaskets w/ plenty of goop at corners
- Flushed out Dex cool and went with prestone dex compaible
- Added 180* (one hole drilled) stat

jr's3800 saw the biggest gain after about 100 miles. Get out and drive it. The power gain will come to you.
The same was true for all the porting I've done to date. I feel an immediate gain, mostly in throttle response, then the power comes to me as it learns how to 'feed' the new top end.

Take off in 2nd gear(rolling) is just ubergratifying. Can hardly wair until PCM learning is complete. Took a day off tomorrow Should easily have a hundred logged by then.

Is in order for anyone who might come across this thread in a search...
Good luck and I hope you get to the bottom of this.
