Intake idea/testing part 1
I am looking for another set of wheels for Dewey, and this is in the search, what a piece of crap and yet people buy these??? I am glad i have this forum and other place to get advise and not ripped off.

I am asking anyone have one of these, It seems to be idea of people asking about some other kits the have found. I am happy with mine, but my women has a sun fire so anyone has one a Bonn and it is worth it I would get here one. So I am wondering anyone have one of these on this forum. Sorry hope that helps. I was ranting about how I feel abou this but also wonder if people have some.

Yeah..Mike..Hop back up to your first post. All we are seeing is you asking if anyone has seen one of these..and we don't have a clue what you are talking about because we don't see anything there.

Pull yer head outta her butt...it smells up there from what we hear.
Ok.. let'* go ahead and classify the cold air intake the same as an ebay short ram intake. You'd be pulling in hot engine bay air and getting worse performance. Considering the filter..it'* probably a POS that holds water etc and will end up restricting your intake instead of opening it up.
If you are looking for things that work.. 92-95'* seem to benefit greatly from an Autozone pipe originally designed for a Honda and a K&N filter. Someone...(like Lash) should be able to link you up in a jiffy to one of the many threads on that.

Too short, that heatshield will just make it pull hot air from the OTHER side, and I strongly suspect an inferior filter. Not only that, but the pipe diameter isn't even listed.
Also the fact that they even CONSIDER selling a product with an electric fan.

Here is question related to out cars.
Now this intake listed above has made me wonder the length of the tube, how long it becomes, travel time have any effect on the power band on the car? Then also wonder the exhaust length also, what effect I understand the idea more air in and get out faster make more power. But can the length make this car fast/slower, more hp/tq , less hp/tq? As I am from a import before this. I like to try some different things then test them, I am wondering about the Rice pipe as noted in here, is it better then stock. I was reading around and noticed willrens latest take on PEM, on SI it sounds like test and tune idea is done here and with great results and Beers involved, I love that idea.
So The questions are.
1. Rice pipe or gutted box? Or a KN on stock air neck?
2. Length of intake/exhaust pipe effect on performance?
3. Why you feel, Butt dyno,(my choice), or results from where.
