That brings up a good question..... Harofreak00, how did you manage to bury your car like that? you got a chip? cause my 95 ssei has a speed limiter at 106

SSEi'* are factory limited at 128. SE'*, SLE'*, and SSE'* are lower. (10. Your supercharger won't make a difference in your top speed, but it will affect how quickly you can get there.

Bill is right. The SSEi usually came with a higher speed limiter than the other models...however, it is possible that Pontiac put the FE1 suspension on your SSEi and touring tires as factory installed rubber. In that case, your SSEi would be limited to the 108 to keep it in line with your tires speed rating. My SE--even though equipped with the L67, came with the FE1 suspension and the touring tires. I have since upgraded my tires...but I can't find a fix for my chip. Also, I need to upgrade my suspension before I go crazy on a speed run. Bill can tell you that things get a little unstable in the mid 100'* even with the FE2 package.
Check your RPO codes for the FE1 or FE2 and the door jam for the tire specs. Let me know if I am wrong. I don't want to give bad info, and will retract if that is not the case.

You nailed it Tim. And things do get spooky. Tires make a huge difference. The front end starts getting light anywhere from 120 to 145 depending on tire model/brand. Air gets under the front end, and you start to 'float'. Not good on the drive/steering wheels.
Need more front downforce for stability at higher speeds. I've done a couple things that help, but it'* still spooky above 145.
