you want a fenderwall intake (FWI), intense has them,
check intense for the headers, they get pretty expensive, may TOG or something
there really isn't a pre-bent setup for the H bodies, but if you go TOG headers you need their downpipe to a cat if you are gonna run one, then probably have an exhaust shop custom bend you some stainless back to your flowmasters, series 40 are good, i've been interested in the series 44s
I don't know anything about a pully
and your deffinately going to want tuning, its easier to have your own so you can make the changes as you need to, HP Tuners is great, very striaghtforward from what i've heard, or a DHP Tuner they aren't made anymore but it allows you to do things teh HP does not, not as graphical though, i use DHP
plan about $500 for the tuner
or if you just want a ready made upgraded PCM the Intense PCM is well suited for a bonnie, you might want to start with the Intense file then get an HP Tuner to make changes as you need to

Am I to understand you have no mods at this time?
First do something about you intake. Gut the air box or install a FWI or build your own CAI.
A 3.3" pulley is to much, no smaller then 3.5". I suggest a MPS so you can change the size. You will need a puller or someone with a puller.
You have a few choices with exhaust depending on how far you want to go. headers are the best, TOGs or similar. Pacesetters are OK, but I suggest spending a bit more for a better header with far less headaches. Get a high flow cat at this point. Headers will need some exhaust work. You will need to cut the pipe between the cat and resonator because the flange will be moved back about 3" or 4". I cut my stock down pipe up and welded the flange to my cat.
Heads are going to cost you, look in to that close before you commit.
CAM will run you about $700 or so There are a few options, a VS or XP cam. Spend a bit more on the XP. I see a lot of used VS cams for sale on other forums. This tells me it'* not that good of a cam and people upgrade. It'* also suggested you get a new chain, sproket and tensioner.
Rockers are an option, you get more from a cam but rockers can be done in a few hours for less money. Springs and pushrods are a good idea while your in there.
Tunning is well worth the money. $500 for HP tuner, well worth the money.
You will need to look at your transmission. A good shift kit is a good start.
Tires will need to be looked at. I have 245 drag radials and I can boil them if I want. Stock tires will simply melt away.

Make darn sure you are scanning the car for KR.
As for the blower. See if you can get another one to port. That way you can take your time and not take the car off the road. Clean up all edges that have air moving pats them. You want smooth flow.

i have a buddy with a 97 GTP with a 2.76 pulley and supporting mods and he has DHP tuners he will be doing my tuning until i get my own software. i under stand the 3.3 is a little small for right now but the headers will be on in a few weeks so i see no point in buying a big pulley just to run it for a few weeks then want a smaller one. so i figure ill just pull timing for now until i get the headers on.
the car has 4" alum dryer duct going into the fender with a cone filter on it that will work for now, it had a ported front exhaust manifold, no cat or resonator, stock exhaust back to 2 flowmasters in place of the stock mufflers. when the headers go on the exhaust will be redone i would like to put on a set of quieter mufflers and a dump right after the downpipe.

$700 for a cam Dan? I paid $300 new.
Decide where you truly want to be and go from there. I had no idea and bought smaller stuff then upgraded. That'* the more expensive route.
