I have the CAI and have my IAT sensor mounted inside of the K&N RX-4750. There'* a hole in the back of the filter you need to drill out a bit for the sensor to fit. I haven't had any codes set off since the install.

You won't get any codes.
With a FWI, it almost has to be in the filter by sheer mechanics.
With a hard tube intake like mine, get it as close to the filter or in it as possible.

Hey guys,
That helps alot, thanks, What did you use for your intake will? I noticed the hard tube you spoke of what did you use?? This may sound stupid, but what about using a small piece of pvc?? maybe 3" or something along those lines. Would that even be practical or feasible??
Holler,
