switched to diesel dino now.. was runnin Wally World synth before.. I was just wondering if this may contribute to my boost problem.. as I can boost in WOT.. but not anytime else.. so it must be sensor related I"m assuming.. no codes stored.. so I think it might be KR?? No.. KR still reads even @ wot.. well.. it'* worth a shot and anyways.. if it doesn't help with boost issue.. at least I know the engine is clean.

PD.. lookin thru your procedure.. ihave a few question.. since I probably will be doing this on my own.. will it be less efficient if I have the rpm hihgher then recommended 1K RPM? 2ndly.. you said when you're done the 2/3.. let it sit and start the car again?
1st. did you just let off the throtte and let it die?
2nd. by that time its not suckin up anything. how you really soak it then?
3rd. the last portion of the treatment where you empty the rest of the can, you just did it te same way with car running and vacuum line?
4th. Can I just use the brake booster hose? Or do I need to get that special hose size you mentioned?
5th. if you submerge the tube 2/3 into the bottle, wouldn't it stall out?

I don't know about the product you used there... but when I was working at toyota... the stuff we used you actually tap into the fuel line... the car runs on it alone. and yes there is no over eggsageration about the smoke .... it was common to have freaked out customers come running to the bays from the waiting room, even after it was explained to then before hand...
this is on my list too... but I can't do it here at home I'll have to find somewhere else to go through it.... but I have a lil sticker under my hood that says it was done about 100K ago
****note* depending on the way you choose to run this top engine cleaner... you may need to get ahold of a manual... cause to plug directly into the fuel system (make sure you have the right type of cleaner to do this) you have to de pressurize the fuel system *****

Well, I tried to make a video for you guys (all slick like, night vision and everything), but I had a little problem... it didn't smoke whatsoever out the tailpipe!
There were two little wisps of smoke that seemed to come out of the back of the engine (gasket somewhere??? :() when my dad accidentally goosed it twice, but that was it, aside from a really bad sounding knock when it started to stall out...
What engine temps have you guys done this at? Mine was definitely a bit over normal operating temp, but not hot, maybe reading 190 or so on the coolant gauge.
