Help! My Bonnie is out of control.
I recently had a new rack installed, 4 wheel alignment, tire rotation & balance,
& suspension checked. And my car still rides like $#!T. I love my car,
But with all this done & they can't fine the problem I think I have 2
give her up.
Problems:
1. Pulls hard 2 the right. Cruising or braking.
( Kenn said might be the calipers )
2. Wheel vibration at 60 - 70 mph after or before speed rides ok.
3. Loose feel. The car dosen't handle like it used to. Real bouncy & I feel ever
little bump on the road. But the they say my suspension is fine!
I had 2 different dealerships test my car & either it was no problem found or they
blamed it on my wheels. I still have problem with the stockers on.
Is there somewhere I can take my car 2 have the performance tested.
If not I think I have 2 go Non-GM & get a Maxima! And then my signature would read:
GM fan by day, Import rider by night..........Someone help me before I begin 2 rice up!

IF suspension is ok, and you've swapped back to stock wheels and still have the problem, I would have these thigns checked...
Brakes (Calipers, Lines, Pads/rotors, ECBM)
Hub
CV Joint
Transmission. (yeah hopefully not this!)

No I don't have directional tires. I have BF Goodwrench gforce tires that
are a year old. But I did have a problem with my front tire feathering on
the outer rim. Could be something?????????????
I did have 1 hub replaced & last week had the trans checked & flushed. Needed
a new gasket but advised trans was ok.
How can I tell if I'm having a problem with my ECBM?

I can hardly imagine a newer bonnie like that having steering issues...

Wait you wanna give up that new Bonne in your sig because you say it handles like crap? I would gladly trade you mine since it seems like you dont deserve that beast.

If the dealership can't fix it, file a complaint with GM (Pontiac) customer service. If you still don't get satisfaction, PM me with your complaint number, phone numbers, and a very detailed description of the problem.
We'll get 'er done, bear. I gaurantee it.

One cause of pulling can be a defective tire. Try switching the front tires to see if the problem follows the tire. While you have the tires off, also try spinning the rotors to see if there is excessive drag. If so, then there is a problem with the caliper.
