I'm running a 2.9" pulley with 1-1.5* of KR from a stop and 2-3* from a roll. I just did about a dozen runs with the same results. 14* of timing at WOT..which is not bad at all in my book.
91 NON-ethanol blended gasoline, 50* outside and 3800ft elevation
I still have the 195* t-stat in the car as well so engine temps are around 200..I'm sure dropping to a 180 and re-tuning my low speed fan to come on at 185 will help things out even better.
With a 2.9" pulley and the pacesetters I'm seeing 10.5-11.2 psi thru most of the powerband and it peaks at 11.4PSI at 6000 rpm.
Before with a 3.2 and stock manifolds I was seeing around 10.0 max psi.
pictures will come soon when I'm done boosting around the countryside

Wow..am I in the wrong thread. I thought Hans posted about his exhaust here.
On pulley size though.. intercooling isn't his first need to work on a restriction.... Didn't he say he wanted rockers or a cam next? That'* the logical step for our power hungry buddy.
