I used to work for a locally onwed and operated NAPA store here in the area. The place was a joke! The manager I worked for at the second location is making $5.80 an hour -- after being there 8 years -- that is insulting! And the primary location has a MUSIC STORE in with the auto parts!
Hey, of course this place is NOT a representation of a NAPA auto parts store. I have shopped at many of well-run NAPA locations. I also have worked for Advance, and still shop there even though I work for Fisher (Federated) Auto Parts. I love what I do and where I work -- hey, they give me tons of respect,

The bottom line is, in parts, we are all in the same game. If you are as happy as I am where you are, that'* awesome and that'* what counts.... truly.

Back on topic, 350HP at the crank in a GP will require a few grand in mods. The most expensive being headers and an intercooler. You could get 350 with the right mods on a stock cam, but upgrading the cam will make it easier to get to that mark.
