Ahh, ok. Is that distant dependent, or more time dependent? Like if I intall it and take a trip to Kansas City and back, or OKC, it'll be good after 100 miles?

It'* dependent on time and TYPE of driving. Drive it like you wish you could afford to. That'll accellerate the learning cycle.

so what about those of us that happen to have 93 se'* that they never made chips for? what am i supposed to do and how do i get rid of that stupid frickin governor i hate it i hate it i hate it. i literally feel it shift up at 100, but it stops at 103, i hate that. that pisses me off soooooooooo bad i cant even describe it in words . anybody have any ideas?

custom PCM if there are no chip options.

Wildman, couldnt you just unplug the battery to reset everything? Would that make it learn faster?

I believe it won't make a difference, because it has to learn driving conditions. Will?
