The length of hose is different, no TB adapter, one less coupler and 1 less camp. The 04 kit was designed to attach to the inline MAF sensor of the 04 vechiles and not directly to the the throttlebody.

have you guys considered making a kit for 94-95 L67?

my question was more directed to offer a kit w/o the tb adapter, pcm velcro, and anything else not needed. to save costs on both ends of the deal.

I got the 97 kit without the PCM tray when I got mine. Keep in mind, due to the test fit, Todd sent me extra tubing. I didn't need it.
You still need the TB coupler, both sleeves, and the clamps, so there'* no need for a seperate 94/95 L67 kit. The 97 kit will work fine.
