First performance mods..
How does this sound for my first performance mods on the series II:
today I bought
bosch platinum 4 spark plugs and spark plug wires
CAI w/ a K&N air filer coming next week
magnaflow/flowmaster exhaust/muffler and exhaust tips coming next week
new O2 sensor
high price fuel injector cleaner
oil change and full tune-up
how much more power do you think this will give me for now/how much hp and such will i get out of each product if possible...any suggestions for a better brand on any of them?
Thanks a lot..

The only power mods on your list are the intake and exhaust (the cleaner may help reclaim some if it was gunky in there, tho). I'd say about 10-15 ponies, maybe a couple more

I agree with Mos on the hp numbers bout 15?
Bosch and are cars dont mix well (for some reason?) better to chose ngk plugs or autolite, ac delco. The stock wires and coils are actually quite good, an upgrade would be msd or taylor?

Return the plugs, they will be WAY hot for your car and you will get unecessary knock. Stick to copper plugs like autolite, or ac delco. If you must have platinum get the acdelcos. Bosch wires are crap as well. The stockers are cheap and deliver enough performance for your car.

blah!
I had a chance to get the other ones on sale yesterday too, but it'* too late now:( I have to replace the wires because one of them got ripped off when a mechanic not being very bright just somehow accidentally tore it off...and didn't fix it...
So don't bother getting the bosch spark plugs put on at all then?
if someone wants to buy them, they're for sale I suppose, I already opened them up so I can't really take them back...

You probably won't find any buyers for the Bosch plugs here. Alot of us have had bad experiences with them in our 3800'*.
Go buy NGK V-Power TR55'*. Cheap, and great plugs. NGK also manufactures the AC Delco plugs.
