Yeah, not your fault. Who thinks they are entitled to compensation if they are too stupid to read the description. The nerve of some people.
Zoomer, if someone tried that to me, I'd offer a refund upon receipt of the items back. Expecting anymore than that is entirely unreasonable on their part.

However, at the same time, you have product in inventory (or available) that nobody knows about.
Big flash red letters......91-95 L67'* and 91-94 L27'* ONLY. With the proper disclaimer for bolt size depending on year/heads, of course. Then tell them NO REFUNDS, and they can sell their sortof used rockers here at a discount.

THey are available, we have multiple people answering customer service emails so unfortunately you don't always get information. Some of my employees would rather not get up and go look or ask about products so it happens all the time and that'* why we have two rooms full of stuff that never gets sold or talked about :(
Speaking of bad customers, here are a few real examples:
One guy asked if we had a cheap way of deleting his AC. We sold him some pulley crap that we had rigged up for $10. He then proceeds to post online that 'the ZZP AC delete is crappy', even tho we specifically told him that is was just some junk laying around. Because of this we throw a lot of usable proto parts in the trash now.
Guy in TX bought rims. UPS damaged them and they came scratched up. He emailed demanding we paid the cost of 2 new ones from the dealer (which was more than the cost we charged him for all 4 used ones). He said that he couldn't wait for new ones to come in because his car was on blocks as he sold his old ones already. So he calls in screaming about suing us and such. Says that we have the worst customer service ever and he'* filing BBB complaint. THen later he demands wages for the days he missed work because he couldn't drive to work w/o rims.

That is absolutely ridiculous. I hope you didn't comply... and why didn't UPS cover the damage? When I do my seasonal work for UPS, it'* to my understanding that they're automatically insured and that any damage done to them by them will be covered (up to a set amount)
Hell, I had to watch a 5 minute safety video on how to avoid damaging personal property ie leaving screen doors to sway open and rip off in the wind, jamming the box between the screen door and the main door, knock on the main door rather than the glass, don't put the box on the ground where somebody may not see it and trip, etc. UPS pays for that kinda crap.
