Look for other items such as other pullies that are not spinning freely or a loose accessory belt.

While your mileage and age are good.. we can't necessarily rely on those..

This doesn't sounds like a whistle or anything else, it'* clearly a belt squeak?

Not to throw in too many guesses here, but a squawk upon release of WOT could also be from a pulley with bearings going bad. Not a definite, but certainly something worth checking...

i think ill replace the Drive belt and see what happens
