Hmm..im thinking Max flow Single 2.5" in, Dual 2.5 out....
If I could have inlet and an outlet on one side then an outlet on the other...

I don't think that will work if the inside of the muffler is like this picture at the top of the Hooker page,

It "the exhaust gas" would have to make a 180* turn, so i think most(90+%)would just go out the other end and that would be just like a single exhaust. When they say "flows either direction" they mean the exhaust can flow from one end or the other but not in and out the same end. So if it is like the pic then it will have a single 3" on one end and dual 2 1/2" on the other end of the muffler. You can call(e-mail) Hooker to see if that is the way the muffler is made.

I understand. I am sure a good exhaust shop could take that F body style muffler, and run a new pipe from the one outlet to the furthest tip no problems

I've got a Cherrybomb Vortex crossflow muffler on my '95. The brand actually is Cherrybomb. Also have the resonator removed, with 3" tips. If you would like a slightly more aggressive tone... this muffler does the job!
