Are the flowmaster part numbers a direct replacement for our mufflers?

Not really. We're using mufflers for the Camaro/Firebird/TA.

Lakeville, you should strongly consider a combination Cat/Res unit. There are some out there. You get both devices in one unit. Then a muffler of your choice. If you really have so many leaks that you need to replace all 3 components, this is the way to go.

Any good places that you know of Bill that you can direct me too?? The sooner the better, I don't wanna be trying to do exhaust when it'* 2* out this winter With almost 200,000 miles on my car now....I figure that maybe it would be a good idea to replace everything also...aside from the fact that I got a few leaks and the pipe is rusting out.

The pipe is rusting out? That'* odd.......is it maybe aftermarket? Our exhaust is stainless. It'* possible to rust out, but not very common. There are several internet sources listed in this topic for components. I got all mine from my exhaust dude. Didn't order anything.

As far as I know, all my exhaust components are original....So 200,000 miles, I think it'* stood the test of time (in my book at least)
