i just reduilt the engine about 3,000 miles ago and ported and polished some things so everything is running great, the intake actually now comes out of the foglight hole, 180 tstat is in the exhaust maniffolds are wraped with some brand of header wrap along with the intake, the cat is a magnaflow hi flow cat, as of now for the exhaust its the hi flo cat to no resonator into the exhaust cutout(got for free so dont yell at me ha) before the muffler and then just an old cherrybomber on her.

The longer your intake, the greater the pressure drop. If it'* in a foglight hole, you're hurting your performance. I suggest you turn it into a FWI and go out where the vapor recovery canister is. That will shorten the length significantly.
Lose the header wrap on the manifolds. It'* going to cost you. Header wrap is known to cause cracks due to trapping moisture and stressing manifolds and headers. This is why almost all header manufacturers will void their warranties for header wrap.
The cutout will cost you low-end torque. Don't use it. You don't have the flow or mods to support it.
We can go back to ground zero again if you like. We have a collectively VAST experience with this particular drivetrain here. If you'd like to know what actually works, try to steer your topic in a direction that will give you that information in the replies.
