I disconnected the connector and i test them every pin give me 12v so i when ahead and cut the cable the connects to the map sensor and then it give me 5v aswell as the tps senson so the map sensor cable had a short somewhere i jump a cable directle to the map sensor and it work but now its giving me 2 other codes that the scanner werent giving me i am going to run the truck for few miles and erease the codes then see if that fix it or maybe the cable that have a short goes to somewhere else besides the map sensor and by diconnecting it its not sending power to other sensors

Ok, so if you disconnected the connector for the map sensor, and you seen 5v at the pins on the pcm, then the fault lies either with the map sensor or the harness. Time for some digging!
