I call dibs on driving it after you first!!!!
That sucks about the injectors though, really chitty they didn't tell you. I doubt you'll have much of a problem though. It'* not like they sat around ifor a couple of years. Are you sure you wanna get the engine bay dirty by driving it? Not a good idea.... Making any ram air system for it? What'* the intake again?

haha sure you come out here and I'll let you cruise in it, really! Anyway yeah they should be ok. Oh and right now I have a ghey APC intake but thats going to change. I'm not sure where I'm going for it, prolly ADTR but we'll see about paying that much money for an intake I could build for like 30 bucks. BUT for a discount I would be willing to do a before and after dyno test of it for everyone to see. eh? ehhh? hehe

Hey i might be able to dyno mine as well! Here at college they have a 1000HP dyno for power testing, and a 700HP one for emissions testing. A couple people on my floor need to do projects on there so i said i'd be up for it anytime.
Actually the ADTR is powdercoated, and has research, it'* exactly the right bend, and has the perfect grommets for IAT sensors. Yeah you can make a nice one for 20-30 bux, but you'll still need to coat it, and attatch it etc.

ITS IN ITS IN ITS IN!!! THE ENGINE IS MOUNTED IN THE CAR!!! whoohohooo! FINALLY! ahhh gawd. lemme calm down...ok...so we got the engine and trans mounted in the car. we were again plagued by missing bolts but we've been able to find or buy all of them so far. I replaced all of the motor mount bolts and bell housing bolts with new grade 10 bolts just to make sure we're not going to have a problem down the road. But yeah I was out till about 8:30pm yesterday getting that joker in. I'm a little further behind than I wanted to be but 2hours of it was spent hunting down bolts. So left we have: alternator, power steering pump, wiring harness, belts, throttle body, radiator and fans. uhh....and something else. The radiator got sent to Performance Radiator here locally and got the good treatment. Flushed all 3 of the different fluids it has out and cleaned the hell out of it to help cool the beast. I'm so excited to finally get this thing done. Check out cardomain for a couple updated pics. Not very dialup friendly I know..
