What i am trying to do is, I am gonna cut the medium density fiberwood in that kind of shape really thin and than cut the letters Like SSEi and glue it to the board already cut and than put the carpet over and try to glue it to the fiberwood. I think i can do it like that. What you guys think

the way i done it on a headliner one time was take some foam rubber and cut out some flames and then glues in on the headliner board then glued the material on it. it made the flames pop out like that
