The torque comes up all the time. You don't really loose low end torque, you gain more high end then low end, that'* all. Besides, you want the high end torque. Low end just boils your tires. Trust me, I know about that.

As far as SLP headers go...they are a bit tedious to fight in and lock down from leaking, but the effing flex pipe that comes on them is a noisy SOB - whistles, ticks, whines. I'm cutting the flex pipe off the collector and welding on a new one next Tuesday....grrrrrrrrr!

the bigest prob i see with these is there asset there stainless i cant weld that lol id have to clamp to them then weld the rest of the sys from there i have a welder so im not worried about that i could just order some bends from zzp or jegs etc. im just a bit confused no cuz i thought everything we had ben saying said no 3 inch no matter what well unless you were in the cam and new head range. i know will wren has said it like 1 million times that only 4 out of the top 25 run 3inch. is he meaning the entire sys? and just a reminder i am na i cant boil hem like yall can lol

3" is a big exhaust yes. But your not replacing the whole system. I'm running 3" to my resonator. Most of us do. By the way, that top 25 list is way out dated. Billboost and I aren't even on it.

the headers will fit. you just need two 2.25" band clamps for the crossover pipe which can be had from napap for $10 a piece, some rtv for the crossover slip joints, a front o2 extension. you shouldnt have to have the cat cut off and moved back, i would cut the downpipe on the header back so it lines right up with the cat. you will also need a w body trans dip stick. headers are a pain to put in but the gains are worth it.
