they are almost identical. i believe them to be the same untill the back end.

Park Avenue has always been a C-body in FWD configuration. My old 1995 Bonneville/Park Avenue FSM'* indicated the Park Avenue and Olds 98 were C-bodies.
Still very little differences compared to the H-body -one was the wheelbase was a little longer IIRC, and the overall length is a little more but I could be wrong.

The 87-99 Bonneville H and Buicl Lesabre H are the same as well as the olds LS-LSS 88...
The olds C body 98 was dropped after a certain year...
The park was a C body through 96 iirc and the it was the new C for 97...
