Anyone know the dimensions, for intake heatshield (97-99)-upd
I have a good friend in Industrial Plactics (heat is a none issue/forgot what product he said he would use) & started talking to him about the Bonnie Club. Asked him how hard it would be to do an airbox from scratch...
Basically said no prob.!! He just needs the dimensions. Tried searching for the answer, but as usual.. :(
Soo if i can get some assitance on this matter & possible order list; i think we might have some happy people around here. Collaboration would be greatly appreciated.
I'll have per pricing, once i present him with the diagram...

When you say airbox dimensions... the 95'* got a different airbox than 96-99. I'd aim for the higher flow box of 96-99 if I were you. Bascially I'd think you want to make it get air from the fender side (sealed off somehow) and use the largest surface area possible for the filter.

I have my 97, but yes if the 96-99 years have the same spacing, all the better.
Just checking if someone had the dimensions already...
Going to be upgrading the intake in January.

I could see a custom heatshield, but how is any type of airbox, as in box-like structure, going to outflow a regular tubing/piping style intake? I just dont see how its possible
