It would be most likely $500 a set for stainless steel tuned headers.

jr's3800: Dont worry, you have a Series II motor, you are covered.

mike511: There is not enough demand to make a production run of Series one headers. We could make custom ones but we need to get some extra Series I exhast manifolds for a template.

TiMSmo0th: Yes custom ones could be made, but it would be difficult since the exhaust ports on the Series I engine are not equally spaced but more a Chevy V8 w/ 2 cylinders lopped off. Or a 3.1 60 degree V6 like my friends Cutlass has.

I understand, no sence in producing something with no demand. As for the custom job, how much more would it be in price, or is there no way to really tell yet, i'm in no rush anyways, i was thinking late spring, early summer for it anyways.

Thanks though
Michael

I would not be able to give a price because we are seeing how long it takes just to make Series II headers that are pretty as well as function. But later on when you are ready to get headers I can give you a price quote.

So should I worry about getting new headers at all, or would the stock ones be go0d enough? Im not trying to be the fastest Bonnie, just lo0king for a little more performance. But if you think I would benifit greatly, I would be interested

Im interested in the 3800 series 1 headers for my 92 buick park avenue. Do you know what kind of performance gains I can expect? How much will they cost?

They would be made out of stainless steel. Coating could be an option, we could have them Jet-Hot coated. Size diameter will be figured out through R&D for the best size.

No date has really been set. We work 7 days a week on projects and cars so we are busy all the time.
