1993SSEi, Blazin is right. The damage is happening already. Check your fuel pressure with a gauge. Guessing as to what it might do for you is conjecture and will get you nowhere. You probably need a new fuel pump and/or fuel pressure regulator, as well as ported exhaust manfiolds. You might also try seafoaming the top end of your engine. You have a severe problem that is going to cost you your motor.
In the meantime, take that pulley off, put the stock 2.5" back on, and scan for KR again.

alright i will check on the fuel pressure.... if this is the problem where is good to get a cheep fuel pump and/or regulator and can i do them myself??? ... when checking what should the pressure be at?? if the fuel is not the problem which is the next best thing to do because i don't have enough money right now to do half of those things? how would i check for cracks in my manifolds? and if they do what then? i don't really want to mod anymore just get rid of the KR so my car is finally running good enough to really the only thing i have to worry about soon enough will be the tranny which i expect anyways... only other thing i would want is a chip and thats after the KR is fixed as well as i can... thanks for the help and sorry about all the questions just wanna fix it the right way you guys know that though

Lose the pulley and scan for KR. Fix what you find AFTER that, then work yourself back to where you can pulley it. In other words, mod the car AFTER you determine you don't have cracks in manifolds, and your fuel pressure meets factory specs (Techinfo has this information).

39 idling or not running?
When you mention removing the vac line..that pretty much means running.
FP should be tested in a not running state. And also remembering to purge the air from the FP gauge hose.
