It weighs about 100#, but it'* well worth the girth:
3" dp from the turbo to the 3" flexjoint then swells to 4":
All the way past the gas tank and rear suspension where it splits into two 2-1/2" Xcelerator (straight thru) mufflers:
With GTX dual Ansa-style tips:
It uses all the factory rubber hangers with custom brackets:
I spent 8 hrs on it. I'd charge a customer $1000.00 for a custom exhaust like this setup.

I expect it to be fairly mellow at idle, BUT I expect to hear the turbo spool up since it is basically a straight exh with no cat and straight-thru mufflers.

Nice.
That has GOT to be LOUD. Be interested to know how it resonates inside the passenger compartment.
edit - forgot it was a Turbo.....that will muffle it significantly.
Greal deal on the price. My system cost me about the same ($150 x 2 Magnaflows + $100 Flowmaster Y + $60 Resonator + $150 Pipe + $350 labour) and it'* only 3" and I reused the stock tips
.......and it'* loud with a resonator.
Let'* hear a sound clip.

I want a warning a day ahead of time for the videos so I can run out and load up on adult diapers. You know how long the checkout lines are this time of the year.

SO, it runs! I need to do a CASE learn on it b/c it only cranks right up every third time. When it does crank, it cranks hard.... but I have worse issues.
The PCV is definately a problem. I need to pull the */c and i/c and block the passages. I drilled them too big, I shoulda left them blocked and just put it in the oil cap, but I got cocky and thought it would work...
And all my scans are wacked, 99.6 tps at closed throttle, -39*C IAT and ECT, 187kPa MAP. The RPM and MAF seem to be o.k. and sweep with the engine running, which is at 3500-4000 with the IAC unplugged (due to internal "pcv" vac leak).
The pcv is an easy fix, just hate to have to do it. Then I can do the case learn, then figure out what'* up with the sensors.
More tomorrow (I'm tired as hell and still have to drive home... damn asterisks!)
