The best thing is a straight shot. I think 2000SilverBullet has inspired a few. Getting rid of the stock accordian tube altogether should be of benefit as well. You might just compare what Rogue and 2000SilverBullet are doing (different), and find what you think would work best for you.

I like SilverBullets (saw it first hand) and am in the process of putting mine together. Have a cardboard template already and a filter on order.
I'll take some pics of my install when the time comes (next few weeks).

I'll have to look into this too. There is ALOT more room than in the '93.

silverbullet has a solid motor mount, so his works. If he didnt have one then the flex would tear it apart.

That'* basicly what the SLP box is. a box with a cone filter in it. It works ok but Todd was reading higer than ambiant air with it, that'* why he went with the fender well intake.

Don't forgot guys, I alsp see +5 over ambiant with my Thrasher setup and Silvers Ram air runing to the box.

you might be able to drop it a little if you insulate the inside with that stuff too and cover the top of the box.

Thought about doing the inside too, but going to leave the top, I like the clear plexi showing the massive 9in cone. I'm already at 5-8 over. If the inside gets me closer cool.

Sure, otherwise you could just leave the stock air box in there, gut it to accomodate a highflow filter and be done with it. The Thrasher setup works (drawing in outside cooler air) and looks good.
