Okay boys and girls, i present to you my freshly machined TB..
I was really suprised at how cheap the machining of the TB actually was..didnt cost me much at all..worth every penny though.
The guy that did this has never really machined a TB befor..doesnt suprise me lol..
Vertical End Mill/Drill press.

I have a problem with it. That'* WAY too thin. I'm sorry Matt, but I think that TB is going to cause you problems. Over time, and under load, that throttle plate may not ever close right. Not to mention the fact that you didn't use countersunk flat head screws?

I left the Screws as is, and I realize how thin that shaft has gotten...that was the only questionable item in my mind.
The plate closes as it did before, this I know....but that shaft is thin..I had to remove more material then I would of like to get it even.

At this point, I'd actively seek a replacement.
Think about losing one of those screws into your rotors. How many threads on those dinky M4 screws are actually still holding with the shaft that thin?
Did you compare it to the throttle bodies I've machined in the past?
