on the Throttle Body issue..hahah..well..did an oil change at work tonight on the Alero..in the driveline shop(Im seldom in there) noticed this piece of machinery in the corner..it almost called out to me..I recognized this from highschool machine class...a vertical end mill. FULLY set up for trimming my throttle shaft, its on a moving vice ofcourse so you can slide the TB back and fourth slowly to trim that shaft...im gunna have to talk to one of our machinests.

Sounds good! Are you gonna just clean up the one you did with your dremel or get a new one all together?

Im gunna clean up my old one hehe..i dont need to trim much to make it look good and perform even better..worst case scenario..i get a used TB for a few bucks from ***** (local parts yard owner, and big customer of ours)
