haha yes, I removed all that stuff just so I could get an idea in my head, this is also planned for next week...I still have to shave the bolts in my TB, FWI will be orderd on Jan 22 (payday)

valve covers are bolted down. Meh, I can handle putting them back on with the valve covers installed...it does make alot of room though

Sc outlet is the same as you saw it, i just noticed you chamferd yours this morning...

That'* going to hurt you. If you look at all the SC'* I've done, and boosty too, those sharp edges are gone for a reason. That'* more important than opening up the bolt bosses in the outlet. Far more important.

How much heat can those edges possibly create? I spent a good hour just polishing the finished product with the dremel.

Okay, so what can I do to chamfer the edges down? obviously, i have to remove the rotors once again.

You knock those edges down the same way you did the rest. And do it CLEANLY. Tear it all back off, even though it'll cost you more oil. Your gasket should be ok.
I'm not singling you out, Matt, but this is a good opportunity to show WHY I regret showing anyone how to do this.
If you don't understand the concepts and techniques (I cautioned you about this long ago), you shouldn't do it. You'd have been better off leaving it as it was.
