Flowbenching probably isn't as important with these as it would have been before people started making these. Enough flowbenching has been done by others already to know what needs to be done to match these.

Yes, the ports certainly do need to be machined round.
With these pics, the shop should have a good idea as to what I want to do

Matt...also go through that album (Exhaust) and find the pics inside the rear manifold. One of the cylinder tubes comes done into the manifold further than it needs to and can be removed from inside the manifold.

IIRC that tube was still inside the manifold on the set you got.

it was, however, that tube is not on the set I have that just came off the car...wierd...
ALSO i was going to say last night, the inside of my rear manifold is burnt white, like its been burning coolant..aka leaking LIM gaskets...
Ill see if i can get a pic up later on

White colored exhaust is burning coolant. White on the inside of a manifold isn't necessarily burning coolant. Gook would be present possibly from the glycol in the coolant.

If the oil isn't low ever and the coolant bottle never used a drop there'* no leak.

I for one can tell you.. there was no evidence at WC of any coolant or oil leaks in the exhaust coming from your car.

hard to say, the spark plugs will tell the tale....
only question is what causes the inside of the mani to turn white besides burning coolant

It would have to be REALLY lean i would think, the car ran excellent right up until i parked it...no codes..nothing...
kinda odd?
My LIM gaskets were REALLY bad though
