What kind of undertaking is it to get the intake manifold/headers/heads ported and polished. I have no experience at it so who could do something like this if I wanted it done?

You won't find a GM dealer that will modify engine internals. They'll tell you NOT to do it.
You need to find a local mechanic with a good rep, that has some 'performance' experience, and a machine ship in house.

can't you just buy a porting bit for a dremel tool and do it yourself? my brother ported a set of 302 ford heads himself and they work great and he did it with a dremel tool. the main thing is that you need to get it all flat and even smooth. I am definitely gonna port my exhaust manifolds(headers) and possibly my throttle body. Will accel fuel injectors and a holley fuel rail give me any performance at all??

True that. It was Shelby-Dodge-fanatic. If it was you are there more available? I am betting you could make a killing here. I highly recommend yours because they arrived properly packaged, on time, and were of quality material. The only reason the one I have left (currently on the left fender which is from my old 1992) is damaged is becuase I accidentally tore it while buffing the car and I wasn't very carefull around it with the buffing wheel.
Anyhow, If you have them/can get them you could make some pocket change here no doubt with all the people getting the CAi'* and Lund Ram Air hood scoops.
PM me if I can get a couple more and if you can make some 3800 V6 decals that would be sweet too. I can Paypal you this Friday if you have them. For color I was thinking maybe in the same gold for myself, but I'd be interested in hearing what other color'* might be available.

I actually got them from a Mustang site. My roomate has a 97 coupe, he actually found the site. I had a ram air setup from the fog light holes for a little while, but got rid of it before the decals came. They would do anything you wanted, phrase, color, size, style, for a very good price, I think I may have made a little money off you. There were three because they had "get one free when you buy two" and I didn't know it until it came with an extra. I'm sorry, but I really don't remember what that site was, you may have to look around for a while. I am glad they made it to another Bonny owner, though.
