That makes them a little more prone to vibration when out of tune. The injection is batch fire, but could possibly have an injector partially clogged.

Yes, dry brittle cracked-through vacuum lines will make it run rough.
It looks like one rubber vaccume line might be different size on each end and possibly pre-formed. Do I need to buy the smaller size and make it fit over the larger fitting or are oem replacements available somewhere? About the pre-formed and pre-bent, guessing this is because if using a normal line it would want to kink from sharp bends. Might have to get a line way longer and make a sweeping loop?

Go to the parts store and grab the a roll of small and large vacuum tubing and replace all the lines. Elbows also.

Yeah, a longer loop to allow for bend radius is the way to go.

For going from small to large diameter vacuum line, get one of those step fittings:

I replaced the lines that were cracked, wasn't as many as I thought and most of them looked like they were on a line that goes to the Evap canister. Also took out the MAF sensor and sprayed it with the correct cleaner. It still has a slight miss at idle and cuts out quickly right off idle. Looking at the old plugs I don't think any one stands out on having a issue with that cylinder. Is there a way to test a MAF or would there be a check engine light if it was bad?

Smack the MAF while idling and if the engine stumbles it'* bad. With the scan tool it should read about 3.3 grams grams second at idle.
