Some background information on the situation. So the upper Plenum started to leak and I got it home, although I was a fog machine a couple times because it was sucking water in. I shut it off let it sit for a day went to start it up to pull it into the garage and it water locked. So we pushed it in and I replace the upper Plenum and of course sucked out in a freeze from the top side. I also pulled the plugs crank the engine a few times and then put new plugs back in.
I went to start the engine and turned on the key and the display read out something about RIP engaged or something to that effect! That was the only time I saw the RIP message was when I first tried to start it. The engine will not fire doesn’t seem to be getting fuel, and maybe not even spark. I’ve had it disconnected from the battery for three days now. I do get the following message when you turn the key on. “Hot, AC disabled“ obviously the engine is not hot, but for some reason that is coming on in the engine will not start. I would greatly appreciate your help, gentlemen! Thank you so much.

Any other lights on while it is saying this and not starting?
Does the temperature gauge show it to be hot?
Did you just acquire this car or have you had it for a while?
How many miles on it?
3800 Gen 1 V-6, right?

You have a hybrid OBD1.5 and need special software to read it.
Use alternative fuel and see if it hits. If not then test output of the coil(*).

With the right module a Tech II would read it.
