You have thrown Semi-Truck tires onto a second level rack. Probably threw about 20 of them onto a rack chest high, including 10 drive tires. You know, the ones with a full inch of tread. Probably about 125lbs worth of tire. Also moved around a brake drum, likely 80+lbs. What heavy stuff do you guys mess with at work?

Fuel oil furnace burning chambers that weigh 150+, boilers that weigh 200-300 and air conditioners that weigh 150-200 and heat pumps that weigh around 200.

Just 2 weeks ago 2 of us had unloaded a 53ft trailer that was full of Mitten vinyl siding boxes. Oh, about 12ft long, 100lbs each. Over 900sq. That trailer was filled top to bottom. Took about 5 hours to do by hand. None of it is palletized.

When I was younger and a little bit stupider. I would pick up and throw 250 pound rolls of plastic up to chest hight for 12 hours a day. Then I grew up and found out I really do have a spine. Well, I did actually.
