How much do you drive? If I drove more than just an hour or so a day, or if I drove from city to city to city, I could see where it'* be awesome. But I, personally, don't see myself paying for radio when I get plenty of free stations.
BUT, if it'* your thing, definitely enjoy it!! I'm sure the clarity is a heck of a lot better...

as with tv stations, we do not get alot of radio stations here, and the ones we do get arent that great. so this way, i can listen to the radio. I am also almost always in my car. I stay on the road!!

OK. That makes sense to me! Much more sense than all the people I see around here with thier XM antennaes (on 200 dollar rust buckets no less)
Just be ready to teach it to your mom. You know how us old folks are with technology. 'specially women!!!
now she'll read this thread....

We have Sirius up here...and we love it!! There are a lot of places you go where you can get no radio at all, so it is nice to have something all the time. Oh and yes we drive a lot....we have to drive 40 minutes just to get to the main highway and then another hour and a half to get to a decent city.

i know XM comes standard in some newer gm vehicles and i saw the roady from Delphi at walmart for 48.94 down from its 96.88 and it had everything included. I loved it in a car i test drove once and wanted one since. The way i see it, it is cheaper than buying a new CD every month and i get some good stations compared to what i got from the factory radio(due to lack of stations here and the ones we do have are either country, bluegress, and gospel. with like one pop station and one rock station. I like southern gospel and rock and pop, but that is like 3 stations. Now i have 170 stations and its only 12.95 a month and will transfer to my next car when i get one, but not for a while, i like mine!!!! Only 2 more mods left on the wish list!!! YEAH me!!
