My question now is.... how many minutes of calls are you going to have to pay for? I think I'd send the kid the next cell phone bill and demand he pay it.(He wanted it so bad, he gets the bad with the good)

he used about 47 minutes.....thanks god i got about 5000 rollover minutes.

I'm not sure if you have any legal recourse, but if you do, you could present him the option to foot the bill for your phone for just one month, or have charges pressed for theft. You obviously have video evidence, so I don't think it'd be any contest if you do have some legal leverage. Or is that blackmail?
