I workout twice aweek in most cases. I start with 12 ounce curls and then move on to 16 ounce Rum and Cokes, they weigh more do to the glass it is in.
Just kidding, right now I'm riding my bike 10-15 miles a day three times a week, the rest of the workout is sparatic at best, this is a good read and will incorporate it
