Wish me luck.....under the knife.
Going in tomorrow for eye surgery.
Won't be able to see the computer for a bit so PM me if I miss something good the next week or so.
They will be installing infra-red transmitters so I can drive at night without lights. :P
No it'* not laser surgery.
I am sooooo old, they need to do more extensive internal procedure.
Tne real downside is I won't be able to drive for a couple of weeks.
The upside is I will have x-ray vision by the summer. Be giving all those bikinis the evil eye.

i wish you the best of luck paul...
i know what you and your family will be going thru... my mom has keratoconus and had an eye transplant about 3 years ago.. ok well, cornea transplant... but it was still from a donor...
she wore a patch for months, and i had to drive here everywhere....
before she could not even read a book when it was in her face, and now shes has perfect vision!
good luck!
