If you have never been to the salt flats during speed week you need to go at least once in your lifetime.
No other racing event can compare to the feeling of being at Bonneville. You can actually go up to the start line and stand next to the cars as they stage for their run on the flats.
Lots of teams welcome your help in the pit area if you ask. Just a good all around feeling.
Too bad we sold our ofice in Salt Lake City. I do have one employee left in SLC but she wouks out of her home.

Besides, I can't go any faster than 140 in my class, because I'm not adding a rollcage to the Zilla. The challenge is being able to achieve miniimum speed with no traction in the limited space they give you. I should be ok, but have to manage my throttle off the line and my 2nd gear shift carefully.
