Why Me?
Out snowmobiling yesterday, riding along having a good time I was going to turn around and head home when, I got stopped by a warden. It was for expired registration, which thank god I just had taken care of. All was going good when he asked, "how old are you" so I told him and he requested to see my Safety Certificate. So I said ok and got my wallet to get it when I could not find it. So I said I must have misplaced it. So he wrote me a warning and told me he would check. If I had one he would throw it away. So I came home and looked all night and couldn't find it. So I want to go today and I was wondering what everyone thinks on me going without one. I filled out the form for a new one and it'* in the mail. So should I go and just say that I have a request for a new one in the mail? Or should I just stay home for the next two weeks.
Also was going to try just going to the DNR station, but they close at 4:00 everyday so I cant get there by then . Except Wednesday. The day I could make it they are closed.

I think it'* like getting a driver license, I would keep the receipt from the mail and keep riding. I am not sure if that'* legal, but i figure if you have the receipt...

Thats what happend with my fishing tag things i didnt have it the one time that i got stopped. So he said if i sent him proof i had one he would just rip up the ticket so i guess you could just wait until you get a new one maybe.
