Forgive me, but I treat a car as a weapon. Cars can kill, you hurl something that big, that fast without proper training or experience and its a deadly weapon. Handle it correctly or dont handle it at all.

But what do I know

I didnt drive at 17 cuz I never knew how to handle a weapon

the ricer stage rubbed off of me a few months after i got my liscense... but generally you'll have learned your lesson the hard way by age 20...

agreement about the car being a weapon, one car I had in high school was a 1971 Pontiac GTO, that car was wicked, and with the exception of one short 140mph run for about 1/2 mile and a couple, yes a COUPLE of burnouts, I drove that car like a grandpa, I guess I just cant stand to tear stuff up and it breaks my heart to see others do that. One reason I dont watch Monster Garage, they tear up some pretty nice rides.

Heh u must be probally as old as my dad he has told me so many freaking stories about all his cars he had 197? GTO alot of other cars hes like me so much sides now he almost died in a car accident that he wasn't driving when he was 17 hit a telephone pole at 75 mph with no seatbelt (he was in the middle) he got alittle bit of insurance money for his 6 months in the hospital that he spent on cars thoughout his childlife (they were all drunk so stupid i would never drive drunk and be reckless) nowadays you cannot even talk him into doing alittle burner with his 96 chysler town and country 3.8l (which yes can light up)
